ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1/2 business days to process your order if available. Expect an email within few minutes to let you know your order is on the way after shipped. Sometimes items are available but on a restock phase so it will take a little longer. Approx 10/15 Days.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 1/2 Business days using Poste Italiane or BRT in Italy. Flat rate shipping fee of 6,50€ applies to orders shipping to Italy. Usually it takes 2/3 Business days for the item to reach out.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer 15,90€ flat rate shipping to all Europe countries.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping Worldwide. If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Timeframes: It may vary country by country but with express it will reach within 3/4 Business days. Standard Shipments can take up to 10 Business Days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TripleCrown ModelStore is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at triplecrownmodelstore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. PREORDERS: We accept cancellation on preorders within 14 days of the order. If later than that we could apply a fee of 10%. 

Preorder Payment: It is requested in full at check out or a deposit in some cases.

Preorder Shipment: Orders containing preorders and available items will usually be shipped all together when preorder will be available. We will save the available items until the preorder comes. If a customers wants to split the order will have to pay various shipments requested.

Preorder Delays: Release dates are not always granted and they may have variations by producers.

Preorder Timeframes: It depends by each producer. Preorders can go up from 2 months up to 1 year waiting. Communication of availability and updates will be done by our newsletters and social medias statements , not client by client.
