EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last item in your order. The withdrawal period is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday — in that case, it expires on the next working day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return request through your customer account before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

You may also cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled.
